Hi, I'm Mehgha – founder of Grāmah Baby, mama, and a firm believer in the wisdom of our ancestors.

Grāmah means village in Sanskrit, and for good reason — it really does take a village to raise a child. When I became a mother, I found myself turning to the time-honored rituals and traditions passed down through generations in South Asian households. My MIL's colic baby remedies, my mother’s bath-time tips, the foods, herbs, and little everyday practices — they weren’t just comforting, they worked.

But when I searched for baby products that reflected those traditions and that I could trust — I couldn’t find anything that felt right. That’s when Grāmah Baby was born.

Our products are rooted in the science of Ayurveda. We honor age-old practices, but we also know what it’s like to be a parent today: busy, overwhelmed, and always searching for what’s best for our little ones. Our products are thoughtful, intentional, and made with the best simple ingredients we can find. Our goal is simple — to make parenting just a little easier, using wisdom that has stood the test of time.
