Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $6 or free on orders over $40 US Dollars
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States, within the 48 contiguous states.
  • Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
  • You can track your package anytime using the link provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Grāmah Baby is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we’re here to help. If your order appears lost, please contact us at hello@gramahbaby.com, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Send an email to hello@gramahbaby.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage
