At Grāmah Baby, your satisfaction—and your little one’s comfort—means everything to us. Please note that we do not offer refunds; however we’re happy to issue store credit for eligible purchases returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.

What’s Eligible for Store Credit

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and reported within 15 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, redeemable at gramahbaby.com.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.Send an email to support@gramahbaby.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage

We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@gramahbaby.com within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note about the issue.
  3. If approved, we’ll issue store credit—no return shipping needed (unless otherwise specified).
