At Grāmah Baby, your satisfaction—and your little one’s comfort—means everything to us. Please note that we do not offer refunds; however we’re happy to issue store credit for eligible purchases returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
What’s Eligible for Store Credit
- Items must be unused, unopened, and reported within 15 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card, redeemable at gramahbaby.com.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.Send an email to support@gramahbaby.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage
We’ll do our best to make it right as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@gramahbaby.com within 15 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and a brief note about the issue.
- If approved, we’ll issue store credit—no return shipping needed (unless otherwise specified).
